Who are we?

Bolton Archaeology and Egyptology Society meet on the third Tuesday of every month between September and June (no lectures in July and August). Each season we welcome five guest speakers on Archaeology and five on Egyptology. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings. For our current programme please click here.


We are currently carrying out a number of fieldwork projects, you can find out more about these by clicking here. Anyone interested in volunteering for field work should contact us (chair@boltonaes.co.uk) for more details.
