The Committee
Ian is an archaeologist currently working as a curator based at Bolton Museum. He earned his honours degree in archaeology at The University of Manchester and his masters degree in landscape archaeology at The University of Sheffield. He is currently studying for a PhD at the University of York.
Ian became chair in 2013, and is also secretary of CBA North-West Industrial Archaeology panel, and a leader at Manchester Young Archaeologists Club.
Laura did a joint honours degree in History and Archaeology and a masters degree in Museum studies. She is currently working at Bolton Museum documenting its varied collections.
Barbara has a head for numbers and has kept society accounts in order since 2014.
